Business property insurance

•    Contact our Claims Supervisor for advice
•    Photograph any damage to the property
•    Secure the property from further loss
•    Report any theft or malicious damage to police
•    Make a list of stolen or damaged items and provide original invoices

Employee insurance

•    Contact our Claims Supervisor for advice
•    Do not admit responsibility
•    Fill in an accident report form
•    Serious incidents should be reported to the Health and Safety Executive
•    Any claim from the employee, or their solicitors should be sent to us

Public liability insurance

•    Contact our Claims Supervisor for advice
•    Do not admit any responsibility
•    Provide details of incident and parties involved
•    Any claims should be sent to us immediately

Motor Fleet Insurance

•    Contact our Claims Supervisor for advice
•    Photograph any damage and the scene of the accident
•    Obtain other driver’s contact, vehicle and insurance details
•    Take down details of any witnesses
•    Send any correspondence to us immediately
